This noon, it was quite good running weather. 17°C and a clear sky. We want to the park (Den Brandt, Middelheim & Nachtegaal). The running went remarkably better then previous week. At the 2.5km point, I started feeling soar in my knee. after a few more minutes, the pain was less and running went good.
We did a good 5K.
I"m looking forward running more and further the next few weeks.
